There is a difference between understanding your patterns and your body actually feeling safe enough to change them
Holi Soma 1:1
HOLI SOMA is a personalized three-month journey of nervous system regulation.
Through somatic practices, parts work, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and gentle body-based exploration, you start to build an inner and embodied sense of safety in your body as a lived experience.
To join Holi Soma please email me and you will receive a short questionnaire as the next step.
Is it you?
º You live with stress or overwhelm or hypervigilance or freeze or the long-term effects of chronic stress or trauma
º You feel stuck in survival mode: always rushing, overperforming, overthinking and then collapsing
º You long to feel at home in your body instead of bracing against life
º You want structure and guidance instead of collecting more information and techniques
º You’re ready to stop suppressing emotions and start safely processing them
º You want to build inner safety rather than constantly searching for it outside yourself
It is an invitation to deepen your relationship with yourself and (perhaps for the first time) consciously turn inward: through body-centered work and the first language each of us learned: the language of sensations, impulses and reactions of the nervous system, not just the mind. It is a sensitive process that allows you to gradually unravel what has been stored in the body, so that your nervous system can learn greater safety, flexibility and connection with itself.
the meaning behind Holi Soma
Holi
derives from the concept of wholeness. Chronic stress and trauma often fragment our internal experience. We may feel split between thinking and feeling, pushing and collapsing, control and shutdown. Holi represents the gradual restoration of coherence between these parts.
Soma
comes from the Greek word sōma, meaning tdynamic he living body. In somatic practice, the body is not viewed as an object, but as a dynamic system that holds stress patterns, defensive responses and regulatory capacity. Trauma is not only cognitive, but also physiological. Therefore, regulation must involve the body.
Holi Soma is a trauma-informed, nervous system–oriented process that helps move from chronic survival states into greater flexibility and functional stability.
I am a somatic and EFT practitioner devoted to supporting highly sensitive women navigating the subtle yet profound impact of chronic stress, emotional overload and nervous system dysregulation.
Many of the women I work with move through the world feeling deeply – sensing more, holding more and often adapting in ways that lead to tension, hypervigilance, shutdown or a quiet disconnection from their own bodies and emotions. Together, we create space for a gentle return: to sensation, to emotional truth and to the possibility of safety within.
Through individual sessions, I accompany women in slowly unwinding protective patterns, meeting survival responses with compassion and expanding their capacity to feel, regulate and inhabit themselves more fully.
My work draws from Polyvagal Theory, somatic body-based practices, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Touch for Trauma and Root Cause (a method that helps uncover the earliest origins of tension and protective patterns so that healing can arise from the deepest level).
Over 16 years of hands-on experience in holistic bodywork and massage therapy further deepens my understanding of how the body holds and releases both stress and resilience.
I deeply believe that sensitivity is a form of embodied wisdom – and that the body holds both the story of survival and the possibility of transformation.
About the sessions
We begin our first session by discussing and exploring your goals and needs for our work together.
What do you hope to achieve? What patterns or behaviors would you like to change, release or learn from? This session is primarily an invitation to conversation so I can understand where you (and your nervous system) are, what you need, and how I can best support you moving forward.
This will guide our work together, helping you get the most out of it. If, during the initial session, we identify an aspect particularly worth exploring (e.g., perfectionism or a chronic state of freezing), this will become the foundation of our work together.
We work slowly and deeply. In subsequent sessions, we will explore somatic practices and practical tools tailored to your individual needs: tools that will remain with you long after our time together.
Each session is unique, responding to what is present for you in the moment: stress, specific situations you wish to explore, the stories and narratives told by both mind and body, and the work of connecting with your body, feelings, and a sense of inner safety.
I work with women who:
º want to break free from patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and overachieving that have become ways to feel safe, accepted, or “enough.”
º oscillate between being in a rush, tense, and “have to,” and then feeling stuck, disconnected or tired – and want to regain inner fluidity between movement and rest, action and being.
º get caught in plans, overthinking and searching for the “perfect way,” but don’t know where to begin.
º long to rest, slow down and move at a pace that allows deeper presence and ease.
º are ready or want to build readiness to connect authentically with their emotions, needs, desires, boundaries and values.
º seek individual guidance in nervous system regulation and stress resilience.
º want to start truly feeling and processing their emotions, rather than suppressing or ignoring them.
What to expect:
In the 3-month 1:1 work, you will receive:
º 4 online, 90-minute sessions per month tailored to your pace and current needs
º Practices, suggestions and protocols to support your process
You will learn to find safety within yourself, become more open to all parts of you, and connect with the sensations and emotions flowing from your body.
Sessions combine conversation with gentle practices and explorations I guide. Above all, we follow your body and your experience, not a pre-set plan. This is a safe space for you, your emotions, and whatever arises.
What to not expect?
Working with the nervous system is delicate, deep and individual. It takes time. There are no quick fixes or magic resets.
I can not promise healing, but I can promise that when we do things differently, we become different.
This work is about presence, feeling and qualitative being, not seeking cognitive solutions. Sessions are not psychotherapy and do not replace professional psychological support or care in crises.

Investment
This work takes time, which is why our sessions span a minimum of three months. Before beginning, we’ll meet for an initial 30-minute session (300 PLN) to ensure this work meets your current needs and to answer your questions.
1:1 working together:
º 12 weekly sessions: monthly payment: 444 CHF
º 12 weekly sessions: one-time payment: 1255 CHF
Because chronic stress, freeze or defense patterns often develop over years, the body needs time to learn new ways of being.
Three months allows:
º the nervous system to gradually build flexibility and resilience
º learning regulation tools that stay with you
º developing body awareness and safely deepening sensations, emotions, and internal processes
To truly immerse in the body and access unconscious information about your needs and next steps, we first establish inner safety: especially if there’s a history of unresolved trauma. Safety develops in relationship, through trust, co-regulation and your body learning it can be fully itself here.
This work isn’t quick, but that’s what allows it to be deep, effective and lasting.
questions that may arise
No experience is needed. Holi Soma is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether this is your first encounter with body-based practices or you already have experience, you will be gently guided at your own pace.
Emotional responses are a natural part of reconnecting with the body. The space is paced gently and trauma-aware, with grounding and integration woven throughout. You will never be pushed beyond what feels manageable.
Yes. Holi Soma is a 1:1 journey designed to honour your individual rhythm, sensitivity and capacity. Being highly sensitive is something that can be gently supported and understood.
Over the three months, our sessions are paced according to what feels manageable for you, allowing space for subtle experiences, pauses and integration. Many sensitive clients find that this personalised container helps them feel safe to explore their inner world without pressure or overwhelm.
Holi Soma is offered as a three-month process rather than individual sessions. This is because a nervous system change tend to unfold through regularity, continuity and a sense of relational safety over time.
While a single session can be supportive, the depth of this work emerges through ongoing presence, gentle repetition and the space to integrate between sessions. The three-month container is designed to provide exactly this continuity so that real and lasting shifts can take place.
You receive simple integration invitations or practices, but nothing is mandatory. Holi Soma honours your real life rhythm and capacity.
