About the sessions
This is not about going back into your story. Nor about analyzing or explaining what happened.
This is about your body. About how your system learned to protect you. About how certain responses stayed. What we often call trauma is not the experience itself, but what the body could not fully process at the time. And the body remembers.
How we work together
The foundation of this work is touch.
Slow, mindful, espectful, attentive.
The sessions are based on my Harmonic Being approach —
a combination of therapeutic Thai massage, osteopathic elements, and somatic awareness
But here, the focus is different.
We are not working only with muscles or tension. We are working with your nervous system. With how your body responds, holds, and protects.
